Wrestling, the oldest competitive sport known to man, is a foundational building block to athleticism, developing strength, coordination, balance, physical and mental dexterity, as well as sportsmanship. Training under Coach Carl Fronhofer, our students receive world-class instruction. Coach Carl, a former member of the US wrestling team, coached at Columbia University and other Division 1 wrestling teams for over 13 years. Under his guidance, our wrestling students learn everything from the basics to advanced positions. As with all of our classes, all skill levels are welcome and will receive excellent instruction and individual attention.
Classes are open to individuals at all skill levels. Coaches help members increase their skills and intensity gradually over time. We have mixed martial arts and fitness classes for men, women and children.
