Fight camp is the ultimate in boot camp style work out. Utilizing fight training and boot camp intensity you get the best of cardio and body weight strength training. And as an added benefit real tried and true self defense technique.
The class is five minutes of warm up, forty minutes of intense training and fifteen minutes of cool down and stretching. Whether you are after better health, a more athletic figure, raw strength or a combination of them you can fight for a better you at fight camp.
This work out allows you to work at your own level, and grow as your goals are realized.
Fight camp is offered at two convenient times 5:30-6:30 and 8:30-9:30 Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
